Curriculum

Tomadort International School, established in 2009 and located in Garki, Abuja, is a private day school that offers a structured and progressive education from early childhood through secondary school.

Tomadort also emphasizes a clean, supportive environment with caring teachers to foster students’ academic and personal growth from an early age.

(Early Childhood Development): Focus on language skills development (English, often alongside a second language like French), social skills, early literacy and numeracy, motor skills, and creative play following Montessori or blended methods.

The curriculum covers Literacy (Reading, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary), Numeracy (Numbers, Calculation, Measurement, Geometry, Problem Solving), Science (basic scientific inquiry methods), Social Studies, ICT (including coding and digital skills), Arts and Design, French language, Music, Physical Education, and Character Education.

The primary program is usually planned to prepare learners to excel in further education stages such as Cambridge or IGCSE exams, emphasizing both academic knowledge and character development.

The school has 4 sections;
1. The kindergarten which comprises; the Creche, nursery section, and preparatory class
2. The primary section with year 1 to 6
3. The junior secondary which is Year 7 to 9
4. The senior secondary which is Year 10 to 12
